She was born in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. She is a member of the Communist Party of China, a master's degree, an associate professor, a practicing veterinary physician, and a national professional skill appraisal examiner. In September 1998, she majored in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine in the school of animal medicine, Gansu Agricultural University. In July 2002, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in agriculture. In October 2005, she majored in veterinary medicine at the school of animal medicine, Yangzhou University; in December 2008, she graduated with a master's degree in veterinary medicine from Yangzhou University. She has been teaching in Jiangsu agriculture and animal husbandry technology vocational college since August 2002,
